Villa Ulivo is a construction obtained from the careful restoration of the existing farm house on the
estate of which the original architectural design has been maintained.
Surrounded by 30 acres of olive groves, it has a large veranda allowing you to relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside, and its own
swimming pool with Jacuzzi for private use.
Villa Ulivo has a surface area of approximately 1350 square feet.
It is laid out over two floors, and can sleep from
7 to 11 people (3 double or twin bedrooms, one single room + 2 double sofa beds),
with two
bathrooms, two
lounges with two
televisions with satellite dish and a fully equipped spacious
kitchen/dining room
made up of electric
oven, four gas hobs, cooker hood, microwave oven,
refrigerator and freezer, gas kettle,
dishwasher,
washing machine, bed linen, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer,
air-conditioning and
heating, ADSL connection.
The veranda is fitted out with table and chairs for outside use, and a private
barbecue.
