Reception office
Guests arriving to the villas and apartments are kindly asked to agree on the arrival
time with the management in advance (via e-mail or telephone).
Upon arrival, they will be welcomed in the Reception office, in the Residence of Valle
del Podere, the registration will take place there, the accommodation will be hand over
and clients will receive all the most important information about the surrounding territory.

The Borgo is located on Monte Sixeri, in the most panoramic part of the property.
It overlooks the valley, providing a uniquely beautiful stay amidst the peace and quiet of the outstanding natural surroundings.
The luxury Borgo accommodation is all furnished to the highest standards.
The Residences
The Residences are located downstream from the estate, and have been built from restored buildings that were once used to house the skilled labourers involved in the estate's many activities.
The Residences accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts.
Villa Ulivo
This construction has been obtained following careful, painstaking restoration of the existing farmhouse.
The original architectural design has been carefully maintained. Surrounded by 30 acres of olive groves, the villa extends over 2 floors, and boasts a large veranda to allow you to relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside, with private swimming pool equipped with Jacuzzi.
